Cancellation Policy

**Cancellation and No-Show Policy for The Notary Boutique** **Cancellation Policy:** We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In order to best accommodate all clients, we ask that you provide at least **24 hours' notice** for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a **non-refundable payment** of the agreed service fee. **No-Show Policy:** If you fail to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice or without rescheduling, it will be considered a **no-show**. A **no-show fee** of **non-refundable payment** of the agreed service fee. Please note that repeat no-shows may result in the inability to schedule future appointments. **Refunds and Exceptions:** - Prepaid services are non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled by the notary or within the cancellation time. - In the case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may waive or adjust the cancellation/no-show fee at our discretion. **Payment of Fees:** All payments for service are made at the time of booking.
